Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead the civil formwork portion of our projects at client sites in Canada. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will deliver quality civil work, supervise crews, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.
The role demands 5+ years in carpentry with significant foreman or lead experience, with solid knowledge of engineered formwork and the ability to read complex drawings. You will mentor workers and uphold Aecon's zero-injury culture.
