The position is a 2-year appointment reporting to the Associate Director at the Centre for Teaching and Learning. You will play a key role in enhancing instructional effectiveness and supporting faculty through expert consultations on course design and assessment strategies. Your commitment to evidence-informed teaching will be vital in promoting educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultations on instructional technologies and course design
• Develop effective and inclusive learning resources
• Offer professional learning tailored to diverse teaching contexts
• Help evaluate and improve CTL program offerings
• Respond to emerging educational priorities and initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design
• Familiarity with adult learning theories
• Proficient in utilizing digital technologies for learning
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
