Heritage Business Interiors (HBI) is seeking a Payroll & Accounting Administrator in Calgary to own full-cycle payroll, perks, and general ledger tasks. You will report to the CFO and support a team of about 33 employees.
In this hands-on role, you will ensure accurate bi-monthly payroll processing in ADP, oversee commissions and benefits, perform GL reconciliations, and prepare journal entries with discretion while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
