Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common areas of the property
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting tasks
• Prepare vacant suites for new residents
• Offer outstanding customer service to current and potential residents
• Assist with leasing efforts and respond to on-call duties
Requirements:
• Strong customer service expertise
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Qualified appearance and behavior
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices (WHMIS)
