• Lead installations and application configurations
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks




• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations

Requirements:
• Completion of a diploma in Computer Information Systems
• ITIL Foundation certification is an asset
• Four years of IT experience required, two with degree
• Two years application support or enterprise software deployment
• Experience in user training and technical documentation creation
