- Lead recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Facilitate employee meetings and performance discussions
- Analyze and present HR metrics for continuous improvement 7-10 years in HR Business Partner experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Proven recruitment and talent acquisition expertise
