- Direct the execution of a comprehensive People & Culture plan
- Oversee a dedicated team focused on employee satisfaction
- Identify and address workforce risks and opportunities




- Implement leadership development and succession planning
- Lead change initiatives promoting agility and performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in senior HR or related fields
- Proven experience in successful people strategy development
- Expertise in culture change and workforce management
- Excellent judgment and ability to influence outcomes
- Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline, CPHR value
