Vancouver Coastal Health invites applications for a Support Worker on the Healthiest Babies Possible Program at Robert & Lily Lee Family Community Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. You will provide nutrition and lifestyle counseling, education and support to at risk pregnant women in the community.

Reporting to the Coordinator, you will work with diverse families to promote prenatal health and breastfeeding, coordinate resources and support healthy outcomes.
