Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients
Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with clients
Implement and document nursing interventions clearly
Teach clients and families using established learning principles
Act as a wound champion within the care framework Requirements:
Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience with IVs and in community health
Solid clinical documentation skills
Ability to work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary setting
