A Territory Accounts Manager to join the TOMCO Group of Companies who is self-motivated, results-orientated individual with high energy, a skilled approach, and a robust combination of prospecting and strategic sales skills to target and pursue new and existing accounts proactively. Major focus of this role will be maintaining accounts in the territory and establishing new accounts & markets for TOMCO Group of Companies supporting our KAMLOOPS branch. This position reports to the Director of Sales and may be remote or local to our KAMLOOPS Branch. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout British Columbia as necessary. Travel 75% of the time, and after hours required. Salaried position, bonus provisions, vehicle, lap top, cell phone, expense & fuel cards. Utilize TOMCO’s Key Performance Indicators to meet sales objectives. Create and manage opportunities as per TOMCO’s Sales Process.



Provide quarterly forecasts on accounts/projects/recent markets with accurate close dates, stage and estimated revenue. Requirements

Qualifications: A proactivementality with confidence to prospect face to face Commitment tosales excellence, cold calling skills and new business generation skills. Ability toeffectively influence & negotiate. Organized andindependent with strong ability to prioritize. Ability to workindependently and manage time and territory effectively.
