Preferred Requirements
Proven experience working in agency recruitment,



with a demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently
Track record of leading or managing a recruitment team, with the confidence to make decisions independently
Robust grasp of KPI tracking and the ability to use data to drive performance and strategy
Hands-on experience with ATS software and the technical side of recruitment operations
Focus on execution and delivery, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field
Professional certification such as CIPHR, SHRM, or equivalent recruitment industry credential
Experience in the healthcare sector, or demonstrated ability to recruit for regulated environments
