Elevate aircraft safety with Bombardier as a Skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility Lead. Leverage your engineering expertise to address electromagnetic threats and uphold safety compliance across all products. In your pivotal role, reporting to the Engineering EMC Section Chief, you will drive complex engineering tasks related to EMI, lightning, and other threats.

Your contributions will help sustain production activities while leading knowledge capture initiatives and addressing compliance challenges. Collaboration with R&D; teams and mentoring junior engineers will also be key to achieving success. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve EM-related certification and production issues
Define engineering scopes and identify risks for projects




Oversee EMC compliance documentation and testing procedures
Mentor junior staff on EMC techniques and practices
Engage with multidisciplinary teams for Electromagnetics support Requirements:
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
8 years experience in EMC, with focus on aerospace
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations preferred
Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering reviews
