Ocean Pacific Lighting is looking for applicants who are currently living in the lower mainland, ready to attend an immediate interview and come from the construction community with experience around project planning, working with blueprints and understanding project software such as (example) Procore and ready to accept this role immediately.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for communications, organizing, and controlling project activities, under the direction of the Senior Projects Coordinator. The Project Coordinator provides support to our projects to ensure the smooth execution of getting lighting to our projects by documenting and coordinating the timely delivery of lighting fixtures, tracking project progress, maintaining project files and estimating.

Assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel plus any experience in construction management software such as Bluebeam is a bonus
Positive Attitude that is customer focused
Excellent organizational and time management skills




Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Motivated and works well in a team workplace.
