Production Team Members – Office Furniture & Cabinet Manufacturing

We are hiring production workers at various skill levels! We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. We are currently seeking candidates for a variety of production positions, including General Labourers, Assemblers, Production Workers, and Machine Operators.

Experience in office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or related manufacturing environments is considered a strong asset.

Positions Available
General Labourers – material handling, production support, packaging, loading/unloading, and general shop duties
Assemblers – assembling furniture components, cabinetry, hardware, panels, and related products
Production Workers – preparing materials, quality inspection, operating equipment, and supporting production processes
Machine Operators – experienced operators for CNC and other production machinery

What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is an asset
Experience with office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking is highly preferred
CNC, Panel saw and Edge bander experience is an asset for machine operator positions




Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, or work instructions is an asset
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools where required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Valuable competency of reading, writing and communication in English

Position Details
Hourly position
Chance for permanent, full time employment with benefits and bonus based on performance, reliability, and business needs
Legal to work in Canada (SIN#)
Opportunities available for candidates with different levels of experience
Training may be provided for suitable candidates
Hourly rate between $18-$24/hr based on experience and skill
