Job Duties and Expectations:
Manage a portfolio of properties (student rentals, multi-unit, mixed use) within the Niagara Region
Negotiate and execute lease agreements; set initial rent level, collect rent from tenants and adjust the rent as required.
Provide dedicated assistance and support on all Rentals 101 administration, processes, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain properties through proactive investigation of property details, resolve tenant issues, enforce rules of occupancy, and conduct proactive inspections of properties.
Understand our client’s specific goals pertaining to the success of their investment properties.
Manage the expectations of the tenants and the clients.

Superior problem-solving and customer service abilities
Natural sales & customer service qualities as leasing will be major part of this position.
Be reliable and flexible; must be available to respond to co-workers and tenants immediately.
Follow up and execution are essential as the staff/tenants need to know their issues/assignments are being completed in a timely manner.
Team player with good communication skills, verbal and electronically.





Qualifications:
Must be reliable, punctual, and self- motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision.
Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet Browser.
Use of Smart Phone is also required.
Must have vehicle and valid driver’s G license.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends is required.
Knowledge of real estate investment and property management is a robust asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
