Route 19 Brewing is a craft beer brewery & restaurant located along the ocean in beautiful Inverness, Nova Scotia. We are seeking Line Cooks to join our team - the ideal candidate will deliver outstanding food to our guests while upholding a level of professionalism, calmness and a teamfirst mind set while helping us continue to enhance our local food scene and serve the best food possible.

Qualifications include:
Hands-on mentality to line work
Robust work ethic and aptitude to multi – task
Attitude to learn with a ‘can-do’ approach
Excellent communication skills with co workers, front of house staff and supervisors
Previous experience line cooking,



banquet and/or corporate experience is an asset
Genuine culinary interest
Food secure level 1 certificate and ability to follow HACCP procedures
Strict adherence to following COVID protocols for secure cooking and food preparation

Job Duties:
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
