Position Overview

We are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance/Lawn Care Technician Team Member. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-notch service, comfortable operating a variety of landscaping equipment, and eager to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities
Perform full property maintenance and lawn care services for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Operate late-model equipment, including zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, trucks, and trailers.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a protected working environment for yourself and others.
Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Requirements:
Hard-working attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in lawn care/landscaping is preferred but not required.




Experience with truck and trailer operation considered an asset.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
