Soul Centred Therapeutics is growing, and I’m looking to welcome another practitioner into the space. I’m seeking someone who feels aligned with the heart of SCT—someone who values whole person care, nervous system safety, connection, collaboration, and creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re an RMT, acupuncturist, osteopath, somatic practitioner or another aligned wellness professional, this is an opportunity to grow your own practice while working alongside a like minded community, with space for mentorship, collaboration and continued growth.

Duties
Perform qualified massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean,



safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, expectations, and any contraindications or health considerations
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills
Robust knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every client
Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and listening attentively to client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining a skilled demeanor
Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules and treatment needs
Familiarity with health and safety standards applicable to massage therapy practices
