Manage and own the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Track customer satisfaction metrics and manage escalations




Coordinate routine testing and quality assessments within teams
Provide leadership to the Logistics and Customer Service team
Implement continuous improvement practices across operations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Engineering
5+ years in Quality Management, including team leadership
Experience with ISO 9001 certification and audits
Proficient in problem-solving methodologies like Lean
