Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs and health conditions
Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to develop customized treatment plans
Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical information using appropriate terminology
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols




Promote wellness services and educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to support comprehensive client care when necessary

Experience
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services in a professional setting
Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness treatments
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and explain treatment options clearly
Familiarity with maintaining detailed client records in compliance with privacy standards
Prior experience working with a variety of client conditions is preferred but not required
