Assembly & Test and Plant Maintenance organizations.The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the operations organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectationsThis position requires partnership with a cross functional Digital Technology team, 3rd party software vendors, partners and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions.The individual will leverage a robust technical background to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions that leverage best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture.What your day to day will look like:Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstreamWork with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applicationsDocument business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.Provide knowledge
