In this full-time role, you'll join a dedicated pharmacy team responsible for safe medication distribution and preparation across all clinical units. You will utilize your skills in drug therapy monitoring, IV admixtures, and prescription management, ensuring compliance with legal standards while enhancing patient outcomes. This position demands strong collaboration with healthcare professionals and the ability to utilize technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to improve patient quality of life




• Manage computerized medication profiles and IV preparations
• Verify prescriptions in the MEDITECH system
• Mentor pharmacy students and interns as a preceptor
• Complete other assigned pharmacy duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Current Ontario College of Pharmacists registration
• Previous hospital experience preferred
• Solid communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
