The successful candidate will work under the direction of theQuality Assurance Team Lead/Manager and collaborate with project teams to evaluate, validate, and improve the quality of complex healthcare applications and technology solutions. The role involves manual and automated testing, performance testing, quality assurance, defect management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), database validation, security/privacy considerations, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. SNB supports a broad portfolio of healthcare applications serving Regional Health Authorities and the Department of Health, including applications requiring 24/7 operational support. Key Responsibilities Complete QA deliverables in accordance with project and maintenance release plans. Build, execute,



and maintainmanual and automated test cases based on project requirements and change requests. Perform functional, performance, connectivity, regression, integration, and automation testing. Assist business users withUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test case/script execution and defect reporting. Create and maintain performance-testing initiatives while following QA and performance-testing best practices. Validate application quality against defined scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Review project and release requirements and performgap analysis . Work with IT resources throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of projects and releases. Develop and maintain testing documentation, defect reports, user documentation, and procedures. Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects throughout testing cycles.
