Duties

- Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions to prospective students, parents, and school counselors
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and community outreach
- Build strong relationships with high schools, community organizations, and educational partners to promote our programs
- Attend college fairs, school visits, open days, and community events to represent the institution actively
- Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding admissions processes, program options, and campus life
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using Ellucian or similar student information systems
- Collaborate with academic departments and support services to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for applicants
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone,



email, text, and in person;
- Build relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up;
- Conduct admissions consultations to understand each applicant's career goals;
- Present RAC's programs and explain how they align with each individual's aspirations;
- Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process;
- Maintain accurate candidate files and admissions records;
- Meet established student recruitment targets;
- Perform student recruitment duties during school visits, open houses, career fairs, virtual workshops, etc.;
- Collaborate with program managers to conduct comprehensive evaluations of candidate files based on admission criteria, requirements, and program enrolment expectations;

Skills

- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students, families, schools, and community partners
- Ability to plan and execute strategic outreach initiatives independently and as part of a team
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, education, customer success, sales, or another relationship-focused role is considered an asset.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable using database systems.
- Interest in music, audio production, or the creative industries is highly desirable.
