NorthGuard is a Halifax-based commercial cleaning company looking to add reliable subcontractors to our team. We work with property management companies, restaurants, gyms, hotels, and other commercial clients across HRM, and we're growing — looking for people who want consistent, ongoing contract work, not one-off jobs.

What we're looking for

- Registered as a business (sole proprietor or incorporated) able to invoice for services

- WCB compliant
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Own transportation to travel between job sites across HRM
- Own equipment (scrubers, steamers...) and cleaning products
- Experience with commercial/general cleaning (offices, restaurants, retail, etc.)
- Available for after-hours or early-morning work, depending on the site
