Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our educational team! Duties

- Deliver instruction based on lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive environment.
- Assist students with assignments in core subjects such as English, Math, Spanish, French, and other areas as needed.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact positively with students, staff, and parents when appropriate.
- Use computer skills to prepare materials or record attendance using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Support students with diverse needs by implementing accommodations for special education or students with disabilities.




- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness during the school day to promote an optimal learning environment.

Experience

- Prior classroom experience or tutoring experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Arabic are advantageous for supporting diverse student populations.
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities demonstrates your ability to adapt teaching strategies effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for managing multiple classrooms and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and general computer skills are required for preparing materials and documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships with students and staff alike.
