Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting oral health, and supporting the overall operations of our dental team. Duties
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using dental software such as Dentrix
Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Manage patient appointments, follow-up care, and maintain accurate documentation of treatments




Collaborate with dentists and other staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Requirements
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental management software is preferred
Valid Dental Hygienist License
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures is advantageous
Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health care
Ability to work well within a team and independently when necessary
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $50.00 per hour
