Project Manager – Land Development (Civil Engineering & Subdivision Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple subdivision development projects from preliminary planning through detailed design and construction
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and approval agencies
Lead design and coordination efforts for grading, servicing, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure




Guide and mentor junior engineers, project coordinators, and technical staff
Prepare, review, and approve submission packages and constraints analyses
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to align multidisciplinary project objectives
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through strategic planning and process optimization

Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; P.Eng. designation preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in land development and subdivision design/project management
Solid understanding of municipal approvals, servicing strategies, and engineering standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client-relations abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) and project tracking systems
