Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant — Growth Path to Management

Campus Dentist is looking for someone with a dental background — either as a Dental Receptionist or a Dental Assistant — to join our team and take on more. This role has real potential to grow into a management position for the right person.

This is a excellent fit for someone who's confident running a front desk, wants more responsibility, and is looking for a practice that will invest in where they can go next.

What you'll be doing
Running the front desk — scheduling, check-in/check-out, phones, and patient communication
Working closely with our dentists and team to keep the day running smoothly and patients well taken care of
Taking on more responsibility over time, with the goal of stepping into a leadership role
Helping keep the office organized and supporting the team as things get busy

What you need
Dental background required — experience as a Dental Receptionist or a Dental Assistant




Comfortable multitasking in a busy office and juggling patients, phones, and scheduling
Reliable, organized, and a natural at working with people — patients and teammates alike
Interest in growing into more responsibility — leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required if you've got the drive

Hours:

Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
General dentistry: 2 years (required)
