You will utilize your 5 years of experience to perform system audits, drive root cause analyses, and ensure timely resolutions to non-conformance issues. Your strategic mindset will be essential in collaborating with design engineers and the supply chain team to enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits for quality systems and controls
Identify and resolve product non-conformance issues
Collaborate with design teams for product requirements
Promote quality improvement initiatives across the board
Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives like 5S Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience in ISO standards and core quality tools
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
