About Us

Joy And Grow Therapy is a child- and family-centred therapy centre providing evidence-based ABA services to children and youth with autism and other developmental needs. Our programs focus on skill-building, independence, communication, social development, and positive behaviour support in a supportive, ethical, and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking Supervised Instructor Therapists (ITs) to deliver 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor and Senior Therapist. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing or interested in careers in ABA, psychology, education, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement individualized ABA programs designed by the supervising clinician
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in centre-based, home-based, or community settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
- Follow behavioural plans, skill acquisition programs, and safety protocols
- Participate in supervision, training, and feedback sessions
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers as directed




- Support generalization of skills across environments when applicable

Qualifications

Required:

- College diploma or university degree (completed or in progress) in psychology, ABA, education, or related field
- Experience working with children (ABA, ASD, developmental disabilities preferred)
- Ability to follow clinical direction and maintain skilled boundaries
- Strong reliability, organization, and communication skills
- Vulnerable Sector Check

Preferred (but not required):

- ABA coursework or practicum experience
- CPI, NCI, or similar behaviour management training
- Experience with data collection or ABA documentation
