Wilderman Medical Clinic (WMC) is seeking to hire a* Casual Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (in valuable standing), leading to Part time . The shift starts at 6:30 am or 9:00 am, and you should be available to work on weekends. WMC is a multidisciplinary clinic that treats both chronic and acute pain caused by injuries and medical conditions.

The successful candidate will have at least two years* of experience working directly with patients and administering IV infusions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Obtaining vital signs and monitoring patients during injections
Administering IV, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections under the supervision of the physician
Performing & handling phlebotomy and other specimen collection.
Providing direct nursing care to the patients under the supervision of a physician
Documenting procedures for each patient with confidentiality
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment

Skills & Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BLS/CPR certificate
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team




Must have two years of experience of administerting IV infusion
Ability to prioritize, communicates instructions, and relay information to personnel, patients, and family
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with efficiency and accuracy
Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary TBD based on experience.
