Your primary focus will be to oversee resource homes for youth and adults while implementing trauma-informed approaches and compliance with CARF standards. Effective communication and team management are essential skills for success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop care plans with personalized goals
Conduct training sessions for staff development
Ensure adherence to safety and risk management guidelines
Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
Manage performance of staff in a supportive manner Requirements:
Diploma in related field; Bachelor’s ideal
Minimum three years experience in human services
At least one year in a leadership capacity
Class 5 Drivers License is mandatory
