In this role, you will negotiate and prepare bids, guide project managers, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence. You will oversee compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to team development and project success. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bids and strategic plans for major projects
Lead and monitor project performance against standards
Facilitate recruitment and training of project teams
Oversee compliance with contractual agreements
Ensure documentation of legal matters is accurate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years in project management
Experience with hydroelectric or large-scale infrastructure
Bilingualism is a plus
