Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the consumer products industry, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its marketing team. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects related to product development, product updates, and go-to-market activities, while collaborating daily with various teams across the organization. This is a hands-on coordination and execution role in a agile setting where priorities can shift quickly.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through implementation
Establish project timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and ensure proper follow-up
Coordinate the various teams involved and lead project meetings
Participate in the different stages of the product development and launch process




Coordinate projects related to product updates, packaging, and documentation
Maintain up-to-date information and documentation required to keep projects moving forward
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Conditions:
Permanent, full time position
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000, with flexibility depending on experience
Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office
