Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and comfortable. The ideal candidate will have robust organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive setting where customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Light organizing in clients bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen to help with tidying up
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction




Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and special instructions

Requirements
Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting light loads, and bending
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable for travel between client locations
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and company policies

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
