PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure target outputs are achieved based on designated standards.
Maintain production 5S, safety, and disciplinary management.
Perform quality assurance control and verification of daily production output.
Manage work order closing and work report management.
Cultivate multi-skilled workers and leaders.
Perform physical inventory monthly and yearly.
Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance and productivity.
Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Work with the Operations Manager to execute performance reviews.
Manage and lead production subordinates in meeting team KPIs.

Requirements
Education Level: Diploma and above.
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years and above of experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
Additional Requirements:
Robust commitment, positive communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills.
Possess leadership and management skills.
Able to work independently and with other people at all levels.
Able to manage and motivate workers, especially foreign workers.
