Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our collision shop team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet production goals.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize workflow.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Utilize SAP systems for tracking production metrics and reporting on performance.
Provide training and development prospects for team members to enhance their skills in production
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and accountability among staff.

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Collision repair shop.




Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean Repairing principles.
Proficiency in Estimating and Mitchell repair center systems is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Experience in quality control processes and standards within a production setting.
Ability to fabricate and assemble products as needed, ensuring high-quality output.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A commitment to fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement within the team.
