This role combines flexible schedule and work from home opportunities while focusing on integral Indigenous community engagement.In this newly created role, you will guide Dillon's teams through Aboriginal rights assessments, support socio-cultural impact evaluations, and foster relationships with Indigenous communities. Your experience will help navigate the complexities of planning and legislation relevant to Indigenous rights across diverse projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead assessments for Aboriginal and Treaty rights
Provide expert advice on consultation best practices
Conduct research and framework reviews
Prepare impactful reports and deliverables
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and community sessionsRequirements:
Degree in social sciences or related field
Minimum of 15 years' relevant consulting experience
Solid expertise in rights and impact assessments
Proficient in cultural engagement techniques
