We are looking for experienced Playwright Automation Test Engineer to join our QEA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automation frameworks, API and data validation, and AI-assisted automation.This role requires robust problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, reliable automation for complex, data-driven platforms for our banking clients. In this role, you will Design, develop, and maintain robust Playwright-based automation frameworks for web applications.

Create robust automated test scripts for web applications and APIs. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for both frontend (UI) and backend (API, database) components. Perform data validation using SQL DB queries and handling medium to complex queries with ease.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace to deliver high-quality software solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

Overall 5 to 10 years of QA automation experience in enterprise-scale, data-driven systems.

Must have 2+ years of robust hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java-based test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).

Must have hands-on experience in API automation testing experience.

Familiarity with AI-assisted automation approaches (e.g., test generation, intelligent test maintenance) #
