Reporting to the Vice-President, you will take charge of the architecture and overall strategy while embedding AI and contemporary engineering practices into the product lifecycle. Lead the architectural design and implementation path for PAS
Incorporate AI to enhance underwriting and customer experience




Establish secure engineering practices and compliance standards

Requirements:
15+ years in software and enterprise architecture roles
Mastery of Java, Angular, and cloud services
Experience with integrating AI in enterprise applications
Solid influence and negotiation abilities across teams
Eligible to work in Canada with bilingualism for Quebec candidates
