Flewwelling Press is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. We produce a wide variety of custom products for businesses and organizations, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new equipment and seeing a job through to a finished product.

This role works across our in-house production areas, including printing, engraving, embroidery, finishing and installation. Previous production experience would be an asset, but it isn’t required. We will provide training.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and complete orders according to job specifications.
Work across printing, engraving, embroidery and finishing as training progresses.
Check materials, quantities and finished products for accuracy and quality.




Use production workflow software to track jobs and keep work moving on schedule.
Complete finishing, assembly and packaging as required.
Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized and ready for use.
Assist with installations.
