As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for actively managing the day-to-day operations of the Inventory department. This includes the supervision of Clerks, ensuring they are properly trained and adhering to policies. Your interaction with customers will be critical in creating a positive experience and fostering product integrity on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee Clerks’ daily activities
• Train current employees and provide feedback
• Manage product display and rotation effectively
• Engage with customers to address their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail setting
• Strong knowledge of Natural Foods products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying conditions
