We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, printing, and mailbox services
Pack and prepare shipments
Process courier transactions
Operate POS and handle cash transactions
Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
Maintain a clean and organized store

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluent in French and English
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Retail or customer service experience preferred
