We’re looking for a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a rapid-paced, multi-shift converting setting. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who is passionate about people, production, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll lead:
Multi-shift manufacturing operations and production performance
Throughput, schedule attainment, downtime, labour efficiency, and spoilage
Safety, housekeeping, and operational compliance
Continuous improvement, machine uptime, and changeover efficiency
Supervisors, lead hands, adjusters, and operators
Workforce development, technical training, and succession
Cross-functional collaboration with Scheduling, Sales, Maintenance, HR, and Finance

We’re looking for someone who:
Brings 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Has strong experience in manufacturing, converting, printing, packaging, paper, or a related environment
Has successfully led hourly teams in a multi-shift operation
Is comfortable being on the floor, not behind a desk
Is practical, decisive, and solutions-oriented
Builds accountability while developing people
Has a solid sense of urgency and follow-through




Brings experience with Lean/continuous improvement initiatives—an asset
