Lead Shelf-Life testing and product tastings
Formulate products, managing customer samples and trials
Keep detailed records of plant trial processes
Collaborate in developing recent product line extensions
Uphold SQF and HACCP standards during trials Requirements:
Food Science diploma or a similar qualification
4+ years in the Food Manufacturing industry
Role experience in product development
Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance
