We're looking for a dependable prep cook who enjoys working behind the scenes to help set the kitchen up for success. Attention to detail, speed, and consistency are key. Location: 92 Ossington Ave

Job type: Full time and part time opportunities available.

In this role, you will:
Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables.
Prepare spreads, sauces, salads, and sandwich components.
Portion ingredients according to recipes.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Label, date, and rotate inventory (FIFO).
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
Assist bakers and line cooks as needed.

What we’re looking for:




Previous kitchen or prep experience is preferred.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
Strong organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
