As a Coordinator, you will play an essential role in connecting clients with critical health services.

This position requires collaboration with community members, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to facilitate productive navigation within the health system, particularly for First Nations communities. Your contributions will ensure culturally responsive care planning. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication between health teams and communities
Develop partnerships with local health stakeholders




Manage travel plans for Allied Health team members
Help clients navigate healthcare system challenges
Promote community health through effective outreach Requirements:
High school diploma or health-related qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of First Nations health priorities
Valid driver's license and travel readiness
