Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a quick-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and provides friendly, efficient & respectful service to customers. Someone who is confident yet curious to learning all the basics in our establishment.

Duties
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure top quality.
Assemble pizzas according to standard recipes and customer specifications, maintaining consistency in presentation and prep work.
Operate gas pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas and other foods to perfection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to allergies, food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in food handling procedures, including storage, prepping, and inventory management to minimize waste.
Support the team during busy hours by ensuring timely meal preparation and excellent food/customer service.




Follow all health regulations related to food safety, handling, and sanitation practices at all times.

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation or food service roles within a restaurant or similar setting.
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques specific to pizza making and general kitchen operations.
Excellent understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and serving customers effectively.
Prior experience with meal preparation or working in the food industry is highly recommended.
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing to a agile team environment.
Pizza Making: 2 years (preferred)
Food Safe, SafeCheck or Food Handler (preferred)

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
