Duties
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
Assist with food service by taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining a clean workspace
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas throughout shifts
Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

Experience




Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Experience with meal preparation, especially in a kitchen environment focused on pizza or similar cuisine
Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation protocols
Excellent serving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
